According to data from the International cnc Aluminum parts Association (IAI), global aluminum production reached 5.43 million tons in May this year, unchanged from the same period last year. China leads with a production of 3.09 million tons, which is the same as last year.
Asian production in addition to China reached 374,000 tons.The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCG) produced 464,000 tons.North American production reached 326,000 tons and South American production reached 86,000 tons. and also now the cnc machining is very important on aluminum making. Production in Western Europe reached 293,000 tons, and production in Eastern Europe and Central Europe reached 353,000 tons.
Africa produced 142,000 tons and Oceania produced 163,000 tons. On the demand side, the monthly report of the Aluminum Association shows that aluminum parts demand in the US and Canada is expected to increase by 0.4% in the first four months of this year.
